Return Policy

Push and Move is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per the terms and conditions mentioned below, we can replace the product if reported within 2 days of receiving the product from the delivery date with the original packaging.

1. All Replacements for all damage/defect, quality issues are eligible within 2 Days from Delivery.
2. The product should not have been used on a regular basis.
3. All replacements will be processed after the quality check is cleared.
4. Any product for a replacement that shows improper use or physical damage/torn-out box, missing manuals, parts, and accessories, will not be replaced and will be returned to the buyer without rendering a reason.
5. Door Step Warranty services will be provided on limited products and only in major cities & not remote areas.
